Curemonte is on a mission to create a range of distinctive specialty cheese brands which will become a new generation of leaders in their respective categories.

Curemonte Cheese is a product of Sri Ramdas Livestock Pvt. Ltd. a goat and dairy farm based out of Hunsur (Mysore District, Karnataka).

Why Curemonte?


All our cheese are produced by hand using the traditional craftsmanship of skilled cheesemakers creating intricate taste and variety. Our cheese are aged and ripened to achieve remarkable aesthetics.

Curemonte cheese is produced primarily by hand, in small batches, with particular attention paid to the tradition of the cheesemaker’s art, using as little mechanization as possible in production of the cheese.


The secret to making great cheese is to get the best and highest quality raw milk supply that you can. We produce all our milk from our own dairy herd so we can not only ensure consistent quality, but also use the freshest milk possible.

The quality of the raw milk that we make our cheeses from is also dependent on what the animals are fed and how they are treated. The milk that goes into our cheeses comes only from livestock that is humanely treated and where only the best dairy practices are employed. All of these factors are important if you are going to get the highest quality milk to make the finest artisan cheese. We are confident that once you have tasted our cheeses you will appreciate and understand our constant attention to detail and our dedication to promoting and sustaining the ecosystem.


From our own signature cheeses, to the blues, the Bries and creamy cheeses, cheddars, fondue, fresh & chèvres, Goudas, Parmigianos, pecorinos & grating cheeses, provolones, the stinky & funky, and truffle cheese—WHEW! You can cheese out any way you like.

We are also dedicated to the ideas and philosophies of the slow food movement; knowing where your food comes, how it is made, and to the preservation of the ecosystem.

Vegetarian Cheese

Our cheese production process uses 100% vegetable rennets and our cheese is 100% vegetarian (milk is used). No animal additives are used during the production or aging stages.
